DotNetNuke (DNN) is one of the Content Management Systems (CMS) we use to build websites. DNN is based on Microsoft .NET and is written in C#. Due to Microsoft .NET’s versatility, we primarily use DNN for large or fully customized websites. Municipalities are the most prevalent websites we create with DNN.
DNN’s Content Management System allows the creation of custom pages to suit your website's needs. Beginning with blank pages, you can create what are called "modules," which act as blocks of content for the page. You can put as many modules on a page as you’d like and can further customize those modules with a set of pre-determined styles. DNN gives you a wide range of customizable options in creating your website.
